Destiny-6

"The wise are wise only because they love. and the foolish are foolish only because they think they can understand love."-- Paulo Coelho.
You reminded me of a river,
Static yet full of motion.
I saw the horizon,
In the red of your eyes.
The river became you,
The horizon became your eyes.
I lived in you, following my destiny,
Rising and setting.

When I think of static... I think of it in the noun form...static electricity...I have to say I don't think I have ever used it as an adjective...I like it!...I just may start using it when the opportunity arises.(smile)
Thank you for yet another beautiful poem.
