Soul Shower

You see the rain.

You see the lingering hue.

You smile.

I, in the distant sky,

Was playing the joker’s part,

In showering you with my soul,

Hoping you will understand,

That I am hopelessly-

In love with you.

But you smiled,

And just walked away.
